Last Respark Support Group | 5.12.20

In our last Respark support group, we discussed how we can continue to maintain and strengthen our mental health as we prepare to face the unknown of what lies ahead for the year of 2020. We are unsure at this point how long this pandemic is going to stick around for, and what that’s going to make our “new normal” look like. People around the globe are struggling to figure out their work lives, school lives, exercise routines, relationships, etc. We included some resources available on how to manage these things, or simply to just validate and normalize our wild experiences. Additionally, of course, we shared some light hearted covid-creatiivity to bring some lightness to our worlds.
