Cynthia Singer, LMFT, LCDC

Welcome, I'm Cynthia Singer! Originally from the northeast, I'm quick on my feet and can follow the fast talker with ease. I am very passionate about the therapeutic process and assisting my clients in cultivating healthy relationships with themselves and others. I help clients feel happy confident by gaining the tools to show up as their authentic selves in their everyday lives. I value the creation of a safe therapeutic space for us to collaboratively identify, explore, and create sustainable change.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to truly cultivate a therapeutic relationship that is individual to each person or relationship style that I have the honor to work with.  I have a strong background in substance abuse treatment, and operating through a model of therapy that seeks to remove shame and stigma and instead cultivate acceptance, understanding, and self-love. I am excited to bring this into my work here with Repark Therapy and Associates and for the opportunity to be a part of your journey.

Some of the modalities I draw from include Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused, Trauma Informed (EMDR trained), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I am currently working towards my couples and sex therapy certification through the Sexual Health Alliance and pursuing my doctorate in Clinical Sexology with a specialization in Kink Therapy.
