Online Therapy in Colorado
About ReSpark®
Welcome! Respark is a confidential, all-inclusive, group psychotherapy practice serving clients online in Colorado and from offices in Denver, Colorado.
We are a team of highly-specialized therapists with a combined 70+ years experience serving our clients’ individual and relationship needs. We provide the most up to date and effective therapy because our clinicians are highly trained in relationship issues as well as sexuality issues. At Respark Therapy, we commit to a judgment-free, compassionate and authentic relationship with you through every twist and turn of your journey.
Online therapy and coaching can also serve as an addition to in-person therapy for those that travel often or get stuck in rush hour too often. Clients that reside in Colorado are specifically eligible for online therapy. Outside those states? Check out our coaching section.
What Makes ReSpark® Different?
When you see a Respark therapist, you know that your therapist has the most up to date information and specialized training to help you create the life you want that sparks joy.
Most therapists have little to no training in sexuality.
Even couple’s therapists often don’t receive education around sexuality issues and the most common issues a couple’s therapist sees is about sexuality.
Choose a highly trained couples therapist and sex therapist that is AASECT Certified or working toward SHA certification.
Choose a highly specialized therapist with even more training and supervision.
About Our Online Therapy Services in Colorado
WHAT MAKES ONLINE THERAPY DIFFERENT?
Offering online therapy services allows us to reach more people in Colorado. Other than using our screens to communicate, your therapy journey will not differ from in-person therapy. All sessions with a Respark therapist, regardless of location, are for you and your current needs. Security is our biggest concern, which is why we have taken every step to ensure our connections and conversations are digitally secure. Just as we use industrial locked boxes for our physical files, so will we with all digital files.
Should you ever need to change an appointment to being online, simply chat with your therapist about it–we would be more than happy to accommodate you.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED THERAPY?
Therapy is for everyone–every person can benefit from some form of therapy. People of all ages, all cultures, and all demographics are seen in therapy. Cultural taboos, stigmas, shyness, embarrassment, or shame can affect the way people view and judge their life. There is no shame in getting help. At Respark, we are dedicated to helping you navigate through depression, anxiety, and other life stressors. Respark your love for life again.

BENEFITS TO ONLINE THERAPY
Some reasons our clients have flourished through their online therapy sessions:
Geographic Location:
Therapy must be accessible to anyone who may benefit from it, which is why regardless of living near or far from one of our brick and mortar offices, you can still speak with a Respark therapist.
Physical Safety:
The past two years have been a whirlwind of devastation, confusion, and fear. Should you feel ill or unable to come to the office, your therapist will encourage online therapy for everyone’s safety.
Convenience:
With online therapy, you no longer have to worry about being late to your sessions due to construction or traffic jams. Nor do you have to skip a session with your Respark therapist because of traveling out of town or other circumstances.
