My therapeutic style is grounded in the belief that healing happens within safe, attuned connection and that each person has an innate capacity for growth and authenticity. I work from an attachment-informed lens while integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care to transform protective patterns with curiosity and compassion. As a lifelong vocal coach, musician, and facilitator, I also incorporate the voice, and embodied expression as pathways for regulation and self-discovery.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in deepening self-awareness and cultivating more secure, fulfilling, and sex-positive connections within an affirming and inclusive therapeutic space.
