Welcome! I have been studying and working in neuroscience and mental health for many years and have come to believe that presence in our environments and nervous system regulation are the keys to healing and wellness. I am passionate about the brain-body connection and my approach involves providing a safe and sacred space for you to regulate and rediscover your intimate spark and life balance. I utilize mindfulness, movement, and intentional communication as powerful resources to enhance client well-being and connection with their most authentic selves so they can show up wholly and genuinely in relationships with others.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Certified Addictions Specialist (ACC) in Colorado, an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) and Licensed Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC) in Utah, and an LPC-Associate in Texas. I am also working toward my certification as a Sex Therapist with the Sexual Health Alliance and I am supervised by Heather Mcpherson, LPC-S, LMFT-S, CST-S. I provide services to couples, partners, and individuals with a wide variety of concerns and interests related to sex, intimacy, relationships, trauma, and addictions. My practice is rooted in mindfulness-based interventions to manage a variety of concerns and tailored to each unique client. I will meet you where you are at and support you in meeting yourself there too.

I enjoy working with clients feeling disconnected from their bodies, exploring their sexuality, and those who are either in or looking to explore consensual and ethical non-monogamy or other non-traditional relationship orientations.I strive to provide every client with trauma-informed sex-positive therapy. Personal Interests, Hobbies and Some Fun Facts:

  • I was born and raised in southern Colorado by an agricultural, Latinx, Catholic family and I faced many challenges with understanding my own gender and sexual identities. I am currently in a happy and healthy consensual non-monogamous (CNM) relationship. I have a wonderful partner who supports my crazy ideas and endeavors as well as the best emotional support German Shepard/Husky, Harley, terrorizing, Brittany, Ronnie, and two adorable Manx kittens, Willie-Jack and Riley-Jo. Aside from developing this career and passion, I love spending time in the beautiful and vast nature of the mountain west, hiking, snowboarding, boating, and vibing it out to some live music.
