Casandra Jones
Casandra M. Jones, MPH, MA, LPC-Associate, SHA Certified Sex Therapist

Hello and welcome. I’m Casandra Jones (Cas). I believe that our sexual and relational sides can be a profound strength in our lives, yet they can also feel like a burden or weakness at times. My aim is to help you explore, understand, and develop your sexual and relational self through attachment, trauma-informed, and relational-cultural focused counseling techniques. With 10 years of service in public health science, I bring an understanding of how the world around you impacts your treatment too. We will focus on building you up within the context of your unique interpersonal and cultural ecosystem.

I specialize in working with Problem Sexual Behavior, sexual minorities who are neurodivergent or struggling in their relationships, and those who have experienced sexual/relational trauma. While I am well-versed in discussing aspects of non-monogamy, kink, fetish, or LGBTQ+ identity, I recognize that these are just parts of your larger story. If you seek someone who truly understands that intersectional life—both professionally and personally—I would be honored to support you on your journey of healing and growth.

I am an LPC Associate (Supervised by Erin Alexander, LPC-S) and a SHA Certified Sex Therapist. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Texas at San Antonio, along with further certification in Problem Sexual Behavior treatment from the Sexual Health Alliance. I offer in-person counseling sessions in San Antonio and virtual sessions across Texas.
