Hello and Welcome, I'm Julia Bowman! Many people experience shame or discomfort in their relationships, preferences, sexuality, or orientation. I enjoy helping individuals and couples who may be struggling in these areas. I also enjoy working with clients who are gender diverse, are thinking about or currently transitioning, and so forth. I have completed the Sexual Health Alliance Certificate Program in Sex Therapy, and I tend to utilize integrative approaches with clients. Being able to draw from multiple techniques and modalities lets me cater treatment to each individual client's unique needs. I graduated from Capella with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and have also attended human trafficking training.

It has been a dream of mine to become a therapist since I was about 11 years old. I have lived in Austin for almost my entire life. Sexual health discussions have never made me uncomfortable in any way, and I like to provide a safe space for clients to discuss these topics.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with friends, immersing myself in video games, and exploring various creative outlets such as arts and crafts and painting. I also find joy and relaxation in caring for plants and tending to my garden.
