Maybe you love engaging in all sorts of sexual activities but can’t quite shake a sense of shame for it. Maybe you deeply love your partner, but you’re not sure if monogamy is for you. Maybe you had your autonomy horrifically taken from you, and you’re ready to take your body back. If you’re ready to talk about the things you are scared to talk about, I would be honored to listen and help you explore who you are.
I believe that sex and sexuality are integral parts of our lives that can bring joy and healing, but I know how scary and overwhelming it can be to explore them. Maybe you’ve struggled with having orgasms but have been too afraid to take up the space to talk about it.
I work with individuals and relationships of any style using a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for all, but especially for those in the LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, and kink communities, so all you have to do is show up as yourself.
I am currently working toward my Sex Therapist certification through the Sexual Health Alliance and am supervised by Randy Woodring, LPC-S, LCDC.

Therapy Style and Approach:
- I take a Person-Centered approach to therapy. I want my clients to know they have control over their sessions, and I'm here for whatever the journey may entail. I enjoy incorporating elements of IFS, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory to help clients better understand themselves and reconnect with their bodies. I'm also pretty casual in my style and language when working with clients.

- I am passionate about helping people explore their sexuality, non-monogamous relationship dynamics, kink exploration, addressing sexual shame, attachment issues, life transitions and trauma.

Personal Interests, Hobbies and Some Fun Facts:
- My current hobbies include playing video games, reading romantasy smut, consuming any and all content about Star Wars, and going camping when I get the chance. A fun fact about me is that in my youth I broke my wrist by running and slipping on a packet of ketchup.
