As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist, I hold the privilege of providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their needs, concerns, hopes, and dreams. My goal for that space is to allow clients to authentically let down, feel supported with usable tools to address their challenges, and create meaningful change and reflection in their lives and relationships.

I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and have over 9 years of experience providing coaching and support to individuals with persistent mental health challenges and their families.As an individual who identifies as queer and non-binary, it is very important to me that clients feel supported in exploring all aspects of themselves, their relationships, and their experiences.

Regardless of what aspect of your identity and experience we are working with, I want you to feel free to be your whole self in our shared space.

Therapy Style and Approach:

I bring a plethora of practices and interventions to sessions to create the most supportive and beneficial experience for clients. Some of those practices include mindfulness and somatic awareness tools, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. It is extremely important to me to work towards creating awareness of and dismantling the hierarchy in the therapeutic relationship and I work with clients from an empowerment lens while prioritizing a collaborative style.
