Hi, I'm Monique Gomez. Part of what I do is to be a witness and story keeper as you discover your unique wholeness in relationship. I work to create brave space to explore intimacy, sexuality, and connections with Self and others. My approach is collaborative believing you are the expert of your life. I work from a somatic, trauma informed lens holding compassionate presence and encourage creative expression in our work together. I'm here for you on your relationship journey and welcome all configurations of relationship dynamics and those who are still exploring.

My approach to therapy is shaped by a deep commitment to movement, sexuality, trauma healing, creativity, and mindful, shamanic practices. These passions inform a holistic and integrative perspective that guides my work. I am dedicated to supporting individuals in cultivating a more embodied and authentic sense of self. My areas of focus include working with the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals in polyamorous, kink, and open relationships, as well as those navigating trauma, body dysmorphia, relational challenges, and sexual desire discrepancies within partnerships.

Outside of my professional work, I find fulfillment in reading, dancing, painting, writing, and spending time in nature. I also have a strong appreciation for travel and embrace opportunities for exploration and personal growth.
