You are one of a kind, and I treat you that way. In sessions with me, I will address you and your situation without using cookie cutter philosophies or dogmas that could stifle your progress. I will take the time to get to know you and explore your unique needs while patiently and thoroughly answering all your questions. I will provide you with the necessary tools and information that will facilitate your growth while gently guiding you towards living a more authentic life, without hiding from the hard questions.

I will facilitate sessions in order to help you get to know yourself better, and accept yourself in ways that you may never have thought possible. I can also work with you and your partner(s) to help you understand each other better through effective communication, allowing you to express your needs and preferences in a safe and healthy way. You will learn the art of negotiation, and how to communicate in direct, non-judgemental ways that allow you to express your needs, desires, and boundaries, so you can get to the fun part — the authentic and beautiful expression of intimacy in all its forms. 

I have experience working with people from all walks of life. I coach individuals as well as couples with varied relationship styles including monogamous, polyamorous, consensual non-monogamous, swing, kink, and other non-traditional relationships. I’m also professionally trained to work with individuals and couples of all sexualities, gender identities, races, nationalities, and ages. I strongly believe that everyone should have the chance to express themselves, their sexuality, and their kinks in safe and consensual ways without fear or shame, and it is my passion to work with my clients to help them achieve this goal. 

I am certified as a Relationship and Sexuality coach through the Sexual Health Alliance (SHA) and  am constantly striving to further develop my abilities through training, workshops, and classes in order to enhance my coaching. Let's create positive change together - I would love to work with you!
